Atlas privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026.
Atlas is a private assistant run by one person for their own use. The only Google account connected to it is the owner's. Nobody else can sign in.
Data Atlas reads
After the owner grants access, Atlas reads the list of the owner's Google calendars and their events from yesterday to 30 days ahead: title, time, place, attendee count, the owner's reply and the event link. It does not read event descriptions into its answers.
How Atlas uses it
Atlas shows the schedule to the owner and uses upcoming events to answer the owner's own requests. To write those answers, Atlas sends event times, titles and places to the AI model providers the owner has chosen. Atlas does not use this data for advertising, does not sell it and does not share it with anyone else.
Atlas's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage
Events are cached on the owner's private server and replaced every 2 minutes. The Google authorization is stored encrypted on that server. The server is not reachable from the public internet.
Removing access
Disconnecting the calendar in Atlas deletes the cached events and the saved authorization. Access can also be revoked at any time from Google account permissions.
